    Zweko Optics began as a manufacturer of helmet visors for applications in motorsport, occupational safety, the military, and law enforcement. Since then, it has grown into a specialist in coating and processing plastic objects.

  • What do they want?

    They aim to surprise their clients with a special Christmas gift, moving away from the traditional card to offer something useful, durable, and meaningful. They want to convey the Christmas spirit through carefully designed packaging that reflects their message and values.

Arpe’s proposal for Zweko Optics

Zweko Optics found us online while looking for an alternative to the traditional Christmas card. They wanted to surprise their clients with a useful and original detail, a personalised cleaning cloth presented in a folder to send their holiday greetings. After speaking with our sales and design team, they decided to complete the pack with a 32x49 cm microfiber towel, creating a thoughtful and cohesive set.

  • Product

    At first, they wanted a 15x15 cm cleaning cloth presented in a folder, easy to send to their clients and with a personalised message to celebrate the holidays. After discussing with our sales and design team and receiving a sample pack, they decided to expand the proposal by adding a 32x49 cm microfiber towel for cleaning larger products. The final result was a complete Christmas pack with double-sided digital printing on towel and cleaning cloth, presented in a folder; a practical gift with a distinctive touch.

  • Packaging

    From the very beginning, Zweko Optics knew the packaging had to reflect their Christmas message to clients. They wanted to separate the product design to maintain branding with a strong, timeless message. Thanks to the folder, they were able to convey that message while keeping an elegant and durable cleaning cloth design.

We apply eco-design principles, optimising the size of our cleaning cloths and cutting fabric efficiently to minimise waste.

We produce and purchase locally, collaborating with km0 suppliers to support local industry.

We manufacture with fabric made from post-consumer rPET polyester thread and print using OEKO-TEX certified inks.

We design and manufacture in our factory in Arenys de Munt, powered by solar panels and 100% renewable energy.
