STEP 1
Weaving
We are manufacturers and weavers, something that comes from family, tradition and origin. We have five knitting machines that, with recycled yarn, create fabrics like the "granite" of the zero waste bags or the G-bags.
STEP 2
Designing
Everything starts on the first floor of the factory. The creative team works with colors, shapes, sizes, threads, fabrics and prototypes to create new products and designs. And it is responsible for turning your ideas into reality.
STEP 3
Printing
Once the design is approved, it's time to start the digital printing process: to print the products' designs in real size with our huge printers.
STEP 4
Cutting
Downstairs is where the magic happens! We take the blank canvas and shape it however we want. We cut it, laminate it, sew it and package it all in-house. Thus, we begin by cutting the huge pieces of fabric into the pre-established sizes. Sizes that have been carefully thought out to optimize the pieces as much as possible.
STEP 5
Sublimating
Then we move on to the textile calender. First, we place the printed paper on the platform and pass it under the roller. When the calender is running, we place the pieces of fabric on top of the printed paper. The paper starts disappearing under the rollers... the heat transfers the ink to the fabric... and we have a super colorful and detailed print on the other side!
STEP 6
Finishing up the product
When the fabric is already printed in full color, it is time to finish the details. Sew the edges, add the labels, burn the threads, put the zippers, add the extras... a very meticulous and important job to ensure high quality and presentation.
FINALLY...
Packing and shipping
Next, we handle and package the products according to the client's needs: individually in polybags, folders or paper bands from our trusted printing company; or in bulk well protected in boxes. The result?
