Innovation And Digital Transformation With The Support of The Department of Business and Labor

As a leading company in the textile sector, at Arpe we want to announce an important update in our digital transformation project. This project, which benefits from a public subsidy from the Department of Business and Labor of the Generalitat of Catalonia, has the main objective to incorporate industry 4.0 technologies in our production process. Thus, we have acquired two new advanced technology machines, the Epson SureColor SC-F9400 printer and the Jumberca - Can large diameter circular fabric manufacturing machine. Additionally, we have implemented advanced software that improves productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Advantages of new technologies

    Epson SureColor SC-F9400 sublimation printer
    The SureColor SC-F9400 stands out for its ability to produce colorful textiles quickly and of high quality. This printer guarantees high performance and improves precision, minimizing defects, maximizing productivity and significantly reducing operating costs.

    Jumberca large diameter fabric manufacturing machine - Can Martex
    The circular knitting machine is another key addition in this project as it is equipped with SMAC 100 sensors and ERP integration. These allow full control of the production process and improved productivity, thanks to their ability to work at high speed and with great precision. At the same time, they ensure constant and high quality in the fabrics produced, meeting the most demanding standards on the market

  • Advanced software implementation

    In addition to the machines, the project includes the implementation of two essential software:

    • Macción Software - BICaptor Maccion WOM-OEE: that allows comprehensive management of the production process with a control panel that provides real-time information on production, speed and consumption of materials, as well as connectivity with the ERP. On the other hand, it helps optimize the use of resources, improving efficiency and reducing costs.

    • Inèdit Software - NeoStampa Delta Standard: software reference in digital printing for its ability to reproduce colors regardless of the substrate, ink or machine used. Improved Performance: You can rasterize files up to 5 times faster, saving ink and time thanks to the advanced auto-tuning system.

This digital transformation project is possible thanks to the support of the Department of Business and Labor of the Generalitat of Catalonia, which has subsidized this investment within the 2023 call for aid for digital transformation projects and incorporation of industry 4.0 technologies. The global project includes a total investment of 82,221 euros, distributed in the purchase of the Jumberca fabric manufacturing machine, the Epson SureColor SC-F9400 printer, the Macción software and the Inèdit software.
