• Once again this year, PSI Düsseldorf was a key opportunity to stop, observe and, above all, talk face to face with professionals from the promotional gift and corporate merchandising sector.

At this edition of PSI 2026, the fair once again brought together brands, manufacturers, distributors and agencies with a common goal: sharing ideas, understanding where the market is heading and opening the door to new projects.

For us at Arpe, PSI is much more than a trade fair: it's the perfect space to explain who we are, how we work and why we do things the way we do.

In this post we sum up PSI 2026, gathering the main impressions from the fair, the topics that came up most often in conversations, and what we're doing at Arpe after such an intense few days.

  • PSI: why it remains an unmissable event for the industry

PSI (Promotional Product Service Institute) has for years been one of the leading trade fairs for the promotional sector in Europe. Beyond the stands and the products, PSI is a meeting point where people talk about:

    • What companies are looking for today when ordering merchandising
    • How corporate gifting campaigns are changing
    • Which trends are starting to take hold
    • How to work better between brands, distributors and suppliers

PSI 2026 confirmed something we already knew: direct contact and relaxed conversations remain irreplaceable, especially in an industry where trust and mutual understanding are key.

Arpe at PSI: explaining our philosophy in person

For Arpe, PSI is an excellent opportunity to reconnect with clients who already trust us and to meet those who didn't know us yet. Being able to explain our philosophy in person, show our products, talk about our processes and answer questions directly makes a big difference.

Many conversations centred on how we work, how we think about the product from the very start, and how we support our clients beyond simply supplying merchandising.

Our news at PSI 2026: continuing to reduce our impact

This year we've focused on something very specific: further increasing the percentage of recycled material in all our products.

At PSI 2026 we shared our commitment to:

  • Increasing the recycled material content in the products already in our catalogue
  • Researching mono-material formulas that make recycling easier at the end of the product's useful life
  • Designing textiles with the lowest possible environmental impact, both in production and throughout their use and end of life

This commitment is also backed by a clear investment: new machinery and improvements to our processes, which allow us to become increasingly efficient, precise and responsible.

  • Our difference: design, local production and real sustainability

    Design that adds value

One of the most recurring topics during the fair was design.

Many clients came to our stand because the design of our products caught their eye.

Although many of them have their own marketing and design departments, a large number of them trust us with that part. Why? Because we know the product in depth and know what works best for each context, campaign or end use.

    Made in Barcelona and sustainability

One of the most common moments in our conversations was people's surprise when we explained that we manufacture in Barcelona and work with local suppliers.

This is, without a doubt, one of our great strengths and a clearly differentiating factor compared to many other exhibitors at the fair.

We are textile specialists and constantly work on research to reduce impact:

    • During production
    • During the product's use
    • At the end of its useful life

For us, sustainability isn't a sales pitch — it's a way of working.

Shall we keep talking after PSI 2026?

If we didn't manage to meet at the fair, or if you'd like to pick up a conversation started in Düsseldorf, we'd be delighted to do so.

PSI was the starting point. Now it's time to keep building.
